APS won another Orange County parking technology system upgrade project at iconic hotel  

In 2018, Avenue of the Arts Hotel, along with Wincome USA, a family-owned real estate investment, development, and management firm based in Anaheim chose Access Professional Systems (APS) to update their antiquated parking control equipment. The project was successfully completed in early 2019.

As a Tribute Portfolio hotel, Avenue of the Arts Hotel breaks beyond the typical hotel experience with eclectic arts-inspired design, inventive culinary creations and an ideal location in the Theater and Arts District close to fashion-hub South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, California.

Avenue of the Arts Hotel was looking for a state-of-the-art, easy to use yet robust system for their parking needs. They required commissioning and install for a turn-key, complete system. Access Professionals (APS) was chosen for their commitment to customer service, detailed, knowledgeable and responsive team members and their competitive and reliable solutions, coupled with their unmatched market experience with hotel parking.

With the location being central to South Coast Plaza, one of the nation’s largest shopping centers, and the world-class Segerstrom Center for the Arts and South Coast Repertory theater, securing the in-demand parking asset was a top priority for Avenue of the Arts Hotel stakeholders.

Avenue of the Arts Hotel also chose APS/TIBA for their proven interface, advanced modern software tools, ease of integration and the best quality and reliability in the industry.  This project is extremely exciting for APS because it continues their clear and impressive introduction to the Orange County market. APS has expanded offices into Orange County and continues to grow and apply their core values to an extremely active market.

  •       Networked TIBA Headend System
