They know their stuff! So your house gate doesn’t work, what next? You call Access Professional. From the 1st call to make an appointment, this could be stressful ordeal turned into a seamlessly easy process. You aren’t left wondering when they’ll show up, or how much it’s gonna be. They don’t leave you wondering if you’re going to get told one price then charged another. Honesty is a hard thing to find in business but rest assured you’ve found it. The technician showed up on time and eager to work?? There’s still good hard working people out there and one showed up to help me assess my gate problems and fix them. He went through the steps and not only figured it out but walked me through everything as well. He fixed what could be fixed and immediately got in touch with people for other parts needed to fix the rest of the gate. He walked me through other questions my wife had me ask before leaving and the Office got back to us right away to let us know the next steps of the process. Morgan took care of our concerns in an efficient and ptofessional manner. She got a tecnician to our door same day (as promised). Her customer service and telephone skills are top notch— very clear communication, a good grasp of what was needed, and was able to problem solve a rapid solution to suit my needs. I felt as though was in touch with an adult!! I write this after the fact::technician has come and gone, he knew exactly what issues he need to address, and he found the problem quite quickly. Job well done on all counts!

I called APS this morning to ask about getting a garage door repaired. Chad sent Jason out the same day and he fixed the problem. I have NEVER had a gate company be so responsive and willing to make the customer happy. I am beyond impressed with APS and the communication they have provided me today. This was a very stressful and time sensitive issue for me and APS absolutely handled the problem and eased my stress level. As a community manager I need vendors that will handle business and that is what APS did today!! 🙂
Follow up, Morgan is the absolute best! I had an emergency repair that was not on the schedule. I reached out to Morgan and she moved things around so my property could get the repair they desperately needed. If I could give 1,000 stars I would.
I have worked with this company over 5 years. I have always had a great experience with everyone in their office. It is rare to find an entire office of people who care about their customers and work with their customers to ensure they are satisfied with the service rendered. Even when mistakes have occurred, APS is quick to adapt and make a correction. You can’t go wrong with Jennifer, Al, Morgan, Chad, and Chris (just to name a few). Their service techs call and update you when they have completed a job or to let you know that they have found additional issues that need addressing. I don’t know other companies that follow up so diligently and close the loop on repairs! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional service provider who cares about their customers.
