Their Spectrum Award is for businesses who have excelled in showing great customer service within their industry. In order to pick their winner, City Beat News utilizes a unique process in which they spend time researching businesses all over the United States. They look at what their customers are saying about them and their customer service overall. An algorithm is used to gather this information so the winner is chosen fairly.

At APS, our main goal is to make sure that our customers are happy and we have done everything to meet their needs. We are committed to doing whatever it takes to see a smile on our customer’s faces.
