A premier residential community in Rancho Santa Fe reached out to our team in search of a way to better monitor and track visitors and vendors within their community. After understanding their communities goals, we introduced their board members to DwellingLIVE, an easy to use visitor management system (VMS) that facilitates a seamless visitor and vendor access control process that residents, property management and gate attendants can manage securely. Upon arrival, approved vendors and visitors on resident-authorized lists are provided a barcoded guest pass in order to maintain efficiency at the community’s entrance and safety throughout.
