Access Professional Systems announced that it has signed a master service agreement with the City of Phoenix, Arizona. Through this agreement Access Professional Systems will maintain and service all TIBA access and revenue control equipment installed in the city’s convention center parking garages. The municipal garages covered by the contract are managed by the Phoenix Convention Center.

“We are thrilled to be partnering with the City of Phoenix to maintain and service their parking equipment,” said Chris Scheppmann, president of Access Professional Systems. “Phoenix convention center garages have some of the best and most advanced parking technology in the world, and this agreement will allow us to assure that it is always operating at peak performance.”

As part of the master service agreement with the City of Phoenix, Access Professional Systems has been granted Approved Vendor status by the city. Earning that distinction required a vetting process through which the company established its credentials and expertise over 43 years of business in the parking technology industry. As part of the partnership, Access Professional Systems has moved its operations to city-owned office space at 475 E. Monroe Street in Phoenix.

“We felt that it was important to be located in close contact to our city partners,” said Scheppmann. “This will be a very close relationship to assure that Phoenix residents and visitors to the city always enjoy the best parking experience possible.”
